Evaluating the Impact of Fair Trade For All

"Fair Trade For All" is the vision to double the impact of Fair Trade farmers and workers by 2015. It wants to increase and better all aspects of the Fair Trade organization. The main goals of this new vision is to strengthen farming communities, include more farmers, farm workers, and communities, and engage consumers. In order to engage consumers, there needs to be an increase market demand for Fair Trade certified products. The way that they are trying to make these things happen is by running a few test with different small business who have been unable to meet the criteria to be Fair Trade certified. These new test were to be extremely straight forward and say exactly what was stopping these small business' from being able to be Fair Trade certified. The plan was a well thought out one and they had a very good process in which they were to gather all of the data. From the results that they gained from the gathering of data, they were able to evaluate and report their findings. The final evaluations are made from close analysis and its influence in the overall market. Although two years is a very short time to expand something so big, they are confident that their method will be able to get them there.
